Terms of Use
Think of these Terms as the referee’s briefing before kickoff. Use Rojebat fairly, understand what the AI can and cannot claim, and you will stay on the right side of the line.
Agreement to play
By downloading, installing, or using Rojebat (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use with Baki Mega. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Simple as a whistle.
What Rojebat is (and is not)
Rojebat is an AI-powered sports comparison experience. It can analyze a photo of a well-known player, produce a career-oriented breakdown, and compare that path with the personal profile you create. It is a motivational and informational tool — not a medical coach, not a betting engine, not a guarantee of athletic outcomes, and not a court-certified biography service.
Your responsibilities
- Provide profile details you are comfortable using for comparison (sport, level, optional age, achievement text).
- Only scan or upload images you have the right to use for this personal purpose.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the App or its third-party backends.
- Do not use the App to harass, impersonate, or manufacture misleading claims about real people.
AI-generated content
Career reports, “At Your Level” context, matchup commentary, Pro Distance framing, and verdicts are generated with assistance from OpenAI, a third-party service. Generations are produced from the content needed for the request — primarily the scan-related prompt material and the text you enter for your achievements. The App is designed so that users do not pass personal data to each other, and the developer does not collect personal dossiers beyond what is required to operate features such as a unique ID for tracking or push delivery.
AI output can be incomplete, stylized, or wrong. Treat it as a sharp starting point for reflection, not as an official record. If recognition confidence is too low, the App should not invent a player identity — and you should not force a false match for spectacle.
Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including:
- Firebase — infrastructure and related technical services.
- OneSignal — push notifications using device/push identifiers when enabled.
- OpenAI — text generation for analysis and matchup copy based on the message content submitted for that feature.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Using Rojebat means accepting that these engines may process the limited data required for their role.
Hall of Legends and local choices
Saved results in the Hall of Legends exist to let you revisit scans without regenerating them. You may clear that collection from Profile options. Clearing storage on your device may also remove saved items — treat local saves as convenient, not immortal.
Intellectual property
The Rojebat name, interface, and original creative elements belong to Baki Mega or its licensors. Player names, images, club marks, and public sports narratives remain with their respective owners. The App analyzes and comments; it does not transfer ownership of anyone else’s brand to you.
Availability
Features may change, pause, or retire as the product evolves. Network conditions, third-party outages, or model limits can affect scan quality and generation speed. No perpetual uptime trophy is promised.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baki Mega is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rojebat or reliance on AI-generated sports commentary. You use the App at your own sporting judgment.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or if the App must be withdrawn. You may stop using Rojebat at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing sense of fairness
If a clause cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. These Terms are meant to keep the pitch playable for everyone, not to hide surprises behind jargon.
